Carr has to face better teams and was able to lead his team to more wins and not turn the ball over recklessly in critical moments in game. A decent portion of BB5 stats were in catch up mode, out of reach games or in garbage time. They are both still amazing talents, but to say Bortles>Carr is plain homerism at this point. You will be surprised how much better Bortles will look when the Jags defense improves. You saw that with Carr last season.
