If you really watch how Blake moves in the pocket you come to realize that he's actually a master at buying enough time for the deep plays to develop. He has an absolutely incredible feel for the pocket and is great at sensing pressure. When he does go down to a sack, it's either the result of defenders having a clean break where there simply isn't any time to maneuver, or else it's a classic coverage sack. Teddy isn't even on the same level as Blake. Blake is mastering how to pick apart secondaries deep downfield. Teddy reminds me a little Garrard without the legs in that he'll throw a deep strike, but only when he's got a guy streaking wide open. I suspect he can't really see downfield all that well in order to truly diagnose when guys are getting open deep. It's great knowing we have a qb with such tremendous downfield vision.
