That's astronomically different. I think Negan's group will probably kill off somebody like Abraham, Eugene or possibly even Carol or Morgan. And then leave you hanging with wondering if Negan bashed in Glenn or Daryl at the finale. I don't see him breaking his character and killing off a woman. So I am ruling Machionne out. THEN AGAIN. You never know with these guys. It's evident that Maggie more than likely just miscarried and lost the baby. If you really want to stick a knife and hurt the fanbase's feelings though. They kill off Judith somehow in a melee or shootout with explosions at Alexandria. That would fire up the fans.
