He broad jumped 10'4 and vert jumped 40'', coming off a knee injury. Those numbers alone tell you he's most likely running somewhere around 4.5 and that's while coming off a knee injury. I have zero doubt that he's a consistent sub 4.5 LB at 240++ lbs.

 

If you have ever watched him play, you really shouldn't question his explosiveness. He is an elite athlete, in every sense of the meaning. He is not Aaron Curry, flat out.

 

He can run, cover and hit. He's the total package as far as all that goes. If there's a single gripe you might have about Myles Jack, it should be whether he can be the captain of a Defense or not. From everything I've seen/read, people describe him as the ultimate alpha dog in the locker room. The question is, what is his football intelligence like? Can he call out the Defense and be the captain? I believe he can, but only time will tell.
