The people have had every opportunity to choose a candidate, and they have failed.   So someone will need to step in and resolve it, and that means a backroom deal, like it or not.   There's no way around it. 

 

Backroom Deal States of America.  I mean, that's the way it should be.

 

What we need is a guy like Kasich who won 143 delegates so far.  Clearly that's what the people want.  But either way, it's not about what the people want.  It's about what the Republican Party wants.  Again, that's how it should be.  Why have an election?
