For every pick you trade away, there is one less player you can pick in the rebuilding process. We need more picks, not less, because our strategy is build through the draft and sign veterans to fill in the gaps. Look at what we can do with that fourth round pick. I think we were very lucky the Buccaneers were happy with only a fourth round pick to drop out of #5.
