I read where someone mentioned that Bosa is bigger, stronger, and more agile while Fowler is simply faster more of an edge rushing OLB as Bosa is best fitted at LE.  Really hard to compare the two since they are different kind of role guys.

I guess its a matter of opinion, but I've read most people saying Fowler Jr is better hence when he went 3rd overall, yet many argue Bosa is better (but some say Fowler is the better athlete where as Bosa is all effort based)...

I think it's the best topic I've read this week on Jaguars.com message board...

When Fowler Jr. got injured it almost looked like they had him in an LE role.  If that was Fowler Jr.'s role why draft Bosa if he is best suited as an LE too?

I don't think it matters I think the Cowboys are going to draft Bosa at #4 IMO.  I think that their might be a small chance of Tunisl falling to #5 if Titans trade out of 1 overall though.
