He's not just cherry picking the successful players and claiming they are force players to bolster his formula.

That's exactly what he's doing. He doesn't reveal his formula ,so nobody knows what he uses to define a "force player". How can you not see the flaw in the fact that he picks players as force players after they have played in the league a few years? Of course he throws in a few busts as force players so it doesn't look stupid.


Anyone could pick JJ Watt,Von Miller,Clay Matthews,Demarcus Ware,Mario Williams,Ryan Kerrigan etc etc as force players after watching them play for a few years.
