Part of the role for the OTTO is to rush the passer. Skuta couldn't rush the passer from his OTTO spot, so I'm not sure why some think he'd suddenly be able to rush the passer from DE. Jack rarely ever, if ever, rushed the passer in college meaning he has no moves or experience for the role. I don't see him as an OTTO fit. With Poz at MLB and Telvin at WLB, I just don't see a starting role for Jack on this defense this season.
