Wow.  Difference of opinion.  In nickel defense, that many teams claim to be in over 60% of the snaps, Jack would be the best LB on the team with his cover skills.  In the base defense, he would be a much better OTTO over Skuta.  Skuta was mediocre at best, with or without a groin injury.  If you asked Jack to rush the passer or blitz, he would do it well.  If the Jags were to draft Jack, I see significant roles for him this season.
