So, suppose there's a transgender person who identifies as a man but who still has woman parts.   Charlotte passed a law that said he could use the men's restroom.   North Carolina passed a law that said he could not use the men's restroom because he had lady parts.   So the result of this is that a person who looks like a man and who dresses like a man is going to have to use the ladies' restroom.   So the police are called because there's a guy in the ladies' restroom.   The police show up and they demand to see this person's private parts to see what restroom he/she should be using.   The person says, I have lady parts, you need to call a lady policeman.  The lady police person shows up and they go to a private place, and the trans person pulls down his/her pants to show his/her private parts.  

 

Have I got this right so far? 

 

And it all came about because North Carolina passed a law that said that men who have lady parts have to use the ladies' restroom.
