And remember, future picks aren't worth the same as current year picks.  The tacks would be VERY fortunate to get that type of haul, but quite frankly the Eagles would have to be morons to do it.  I could see the Jags getting offers to move back from a team like the Eagles for them to get in position to get Goff assuming he'll be there.  They'd be leapfrogging San Fran in that scenario who is more than likely also interested in drafting a QB this year.
