Bottom line is, if you have an 'outie' between your legs you use the men's restroom.  If you have an 'inny' use the women's restroom.  It doesn't really matter what you "identify" as, it's what you actually are.  What you "identify" as is psychological.  What you actually are is physical.

 

The trouble with that is, trans people who identify as men are going to dress as men and cut their hair as men.   If they have to use the women's restroom because they have women parts, then the police are going to be called all the time because people are going to see "a man" going into the women's restroom.   

 

Then on the other side, trans people who identify as women will dress as women and appear to be women, but because they have men parts they will have to use the men's room, and that will just out them as trans people and get them beat up a lot.  

 

This whole law about using the right bathroom is a solution in need of a problem.   A "guy" goes into the men's room and uses the stall, who's to know what's going on in there?   A "woman" walks into the women's room and uses a stall, who's to know what's going on in there?   I just don't get the big deal about this.
