Oh, by the way...  LOL at Rubio.  It shows how naive you are if you think Rubio has any chance of winning the nomination.  It's laughable how out of touch with politics reality you are.

Listen kiddo... I've been involved/followed politics for several years.

 

First of all, the reason that Obama won the democrat nomination is because the democrat party rejected Hillary, much like most of them are doing now.

 

Obama won the general election for a few reasons.  1) the vote was basically "against Bush".  2) the republican party ran a very weak candidate.  Finally 3) there was such an "importance" for a black man to be elected President.  I wouldn't exactly call his win a "landslide" though.

 

Also, Paul Ryan has explicitly said that he will not accept the nomination.  FACT.  The republican party has made it clear that they don't want Donald Trump.  FACT.  The republican establishment isn't very fond of Ted Cruz.  FACT.

 

While yes, I do support Rubio, I consider him to be the likely nominee in the convention over any others.  I don't believe that the republican party would dare nominate someone like Bush or Kasich.  Feel free to provide evidence otherwise.

 

Getting back to the point of this thread, it sure looks like Trump is doing exactly what he intended to do... that being shaking up the republican party enough to ensure a Hillary coronation nomination and path to The White House.
