Josina was the main person giving the updates on the Jags/Beachum pursuit, so she definitely has some contacts here. Wouldn't be surprising if it were us she is referencing at all.

She was in direct contact with Beachum during that time, she has a lot of contacts tho, so who knows who she talked to.

 

Also Dave already said he looks at the reason a guy becomes a FA and why his team wouldnt sign him, we know why the Panthers didnt sign him and its becouse he is too expensive for them. Dave does not have a problem signing guys if he's team lets him walk due to price, only if its due to being locker room cancer or in decline or trouble maker off field
