IMO, the problem is this season is unlike with Manning where they continued to let him sling it - this years Colts team with Pep Hamilton has been much more reserved philosophically than it was under Arians. Luck is not benefitting from that. Some people saw it coming before the year even started.

Then add to it that they lost Wayne and their running game stinks....and its not a surprise to see Luck struggling this season.
