If we had a more proven coaching staff, I would expect 10-12+ wins this year with the level of talent we have here in Jacksonville now. Throw in Fowler Jr. and Bosa/Jack/Ramsey and you have even more talent to work with. Now to stay in check with reality, we have a bone-headed(go back and look at some of his clock management and challenges...bush league), unproven, inexperienced rah rah head coach looking to take a step forward himself. IF he does, look out! This team will explode, if not.. Then I expect the same unprepared, inconsistent mess we saw last year when the division was handed to us on a platter and we found a way to mess that up. With all that said, I can see us hitting 9 wins this year despite Gus.
