I don't know that there is any reason to agree, it's not a subjective rating, it's a statistical categorization. It shows what you can expect from each of the QBs in a given game last season. For Brady it was a high level performance that was as good as Andrew Luck's average game or better in 82% of his games. In mariota's case it was a low level performance that had some significant outlier performances (Tampa, New Orleans, and Jaguars games) that made his standard deviation practically meaningless. I expect in 2016 as the Jaguars manage to make the defense better than "one of the worst ever" and the bucs and saints fall off the schedule mariota's stats will trend closer to Bridgewater's and Gabbert's stats, just consistently poor.
