I do, in many ways, question why a group that, for the most part, just wants to be left alone to live as they are is seeking the right to do something that, if they're doing it right, no one would even know they're doing. No one's going to do a "hardware check" before letting someone into the restroom, and last I checked, it's not a crime for a person with male hardware to go into a women's restroom anyway...

 

I'm going to wager these came about probably due to discrimination. That's pretty much how all these things start in regards to LGBT... They speak up when they are discriminated against. In response the right rushes to pass laws allowing the discrimination.

 

Customers try to buy a cake. Get discriminated against. They speak out. That's usually how these things go down. 

 

Regardless, it's out there. So now the conversation is taking place. Parts are being ignored.... Like a couple questions I have asked that no one has yet attempted to address.
