Also I asked, and never had it answered: What about women who are uncomfortable using the same bathroom with a trans-male, rather than a trans-female? 

Several women I know including my wife would rather use the same bathroom as someone who looks like this:

ETA: You're the one making it easy for them.  All they have to do is say they've had gender reassignment surgery to get access to the bathroom of the opposite sex.  Or you know.. just walk inside. Because you're requiring transgender individuals to use the bathroom of their biological sex.  That makes it even easier for them.

Point 1.  Did we just agree here?  How can I make this clear?  If you had a lopitoffofme you are one committed son of a gun.  If you had an addadicktome you are one committed son of a gun.  If you are sporting a johnson go to the men's room, if you are not sporting a johnson go to the women's room.  If you are somewhere inbetween go to the family bathroom alone.  

 

Point 2.  As several have asked what about the locker room?  You and I both know that is next.  Are you comfortable with unisex showers in HS?  That is where this conversation is going don't you know?
