That would make you think that the #5 overall pick will not be an pass rushing Defensive Lineman, right?  Well...

Keep guys fresh and let’s keep the pressure on and keep that competition going. Guys are battling. That’s eight, let’s go. I think that’s where you see the, ‘You can never have enough rushers.’ Well yeah, that’s right. When you say things like that, ‘Gus, how about this skill set?’ That’s not a concern if you get enough. I think you can never have enough guys that can be disruptive.

 

Okay, if you read the tea leaves between what Gus & Dave are telling the press a couple days ago you would think that yes they are going to draft pass rushers maybe a few of them but not until the later rounds?

 

I think they both already have a guy in mind for #5 and apparently he's not a PASS RUSHER

unless of course it is simply lies to throw other teams off.

 

 

Keep in mind the comments that Dave Caldwell had made about how incredibly hard it is to find a BALL HAWK Safety in this league, while TaShaun signing makes people think that he won't go for Jalen Ramsey we could all be wrong about that... or maybe Myles Jack to play SS?
