My take is the Chargers would be making a mistake if they don't draft a top flight pass blocking LT prospect. It could be the difference in Philip Rivers lasting 2 or 3 more additional seasons compared to if they don't upgrade that position.

Agreed, you have Phillip Rivers who has played behind one of the worst offensive lines in football over the past 3-4 years. Give him some help, they added the speedy Travis Benjamin in free agency, give Rivers some time to get the ball to him down the field by selecting a stud pass protector.
