Loll. As a libertarian at heart I feel the idea of the state trying to micro manage the use of bathrooms would be both unenforcible and politically untenable. As well as the low incident rate not lending itself to the state having standing to try and enforce a restriction.


Which makes your rant listed above a demonstration of your own blind prejudice. But it is nice to know in living rent free in your head.


While I don't think its a state issue, its irresponsible to dismiss the concerns of the public as we experience cultural shift. I'm not comfortable with someone anatomically male that's sexually straight in the same bathroom as my wife or daughter because they like to walk around in heels. We've never had a culture that glorifies Caitlin Jenner or JAZZ and encouraged so many people that would previously just cross dress in their own homes to express that in public, so in actuality there is a lot of uncertainty about how this will play out.


At current the state doesn't have a role but if something happens the left is fully culpable.
