Winning is what happens when young players such as Cyp develop, and I'm not sure it can be helped.  And it doesn't just make the fanbase happier, it makes the players and coaches and everybody in the Jags organization happier. 

 

Improving to the point where "winning takes care of itself" validates Gus' coaching philosophy and validates all of the work the players and coaches have put in to get better every day all year.  It also reinforces all the work the team will put in during the off-season leading up to next year.  There is nothing meaningless about these wins.

 

Yeah, I want that franchise quarterback too, but this team is doing everything it can to win games every week, and I'm not about to be disappointed in them when they accomplish that goal.
