What u refuse to acknowledge is that if the policy encourages or allows "straight dudes with bad intentions" greater or unfettered access to women's facilities then that is a problem. Straight dudes with bad intentions is all that Breitbart fear piece was. It's not a new phenomenon. It was not created by this policy. 21 states and over 250 cities have implemented these laws and no police force or mayor has reported any uptick in incidents you describe. Some have been very complimentary of these policies.



Yo go so far as to dismiss a sex offender being allowed into a woman's restroom. If you can't keep people with Proven records of sexual assault from entering a restroom under this policy then it needs to be seriously rethought. This is why you are dumb. I say "acknowledge" and you say I "dismiss" an incident. You allege I think they should "be allowed" there because I defend the right of actual trans people to use the bathroom they are comfortable with. You think this is the first sex offender to lie in wait in a bathroom he shouldn't be in? Or just the first in a dress? It's irrelevant. Do you know why? Because it is not happening on any scale that registers anywhere except your imagination.



Frankly its callous to sit in the face of real violations of women's privacy and try and waive an urban dictionary at the victims to lecture then on trans transvestitism etc. (I provided a link with definitions above that you obviously missed.) It speaks to an inability to empathize with anyone who doesn't fit your narrow world view. You and your [BLEEP] links. How about some real world experience? I will tell you that I have never encountered a person who was born a boy, identifies as a woman and is sexually attracted to women. That is the extremely improbable scenario you cited as a major sticking point in your argument, right? I still don't know what privacy is being violated when a trans person goes into a bathroom to go #1 or #2. If you could give me any tangible violation of privacy, inconvenience, etc., I would be able to assess whether or not your charge of calling me callous is merited.



I'm glad you know trans people you think highly of. That doesn't change the possibility of your system being abused. I know a lot of straight guys that seem okay. Does that invalidate any and all trans concerns about their safety? How many straight guys do you know that can say they were intimidated or attacked for trying to relieve their bladder? If you are afraid of the policy being abused, you have ONE verified occurrence to stoke the fire. You can spend hours each day scouring the internet and you might get two or three in a year. I will bet you ownership of my message board profile the number of straight guys with bad intentions going into bathrooms dressed as women will never be 1% of the total number of straight guys with bad intentions going into bathrooms.
