I wouldn't worry about that. 

In my opinion Jalen Ramsey will become better than Josh Norman had ever been in the NFL.  Josh Norman will be 29 this December, and only made one Pro Bowl (last season) yet he is being paid more than other DBs that are far more talented.  He is going to okay team (talent wise) but he might regress now that he is paid in so much guaranteed money ($75 million dollar 5 year contract).

Yes he had a fantastic year in 2015, but will he continue that every year from now on or be more like he was the first three years?
