What does cap space look like next year?

I've seen a couple web sites (Like this one: http://overthecap.com/salary-cap-space/)  that shows us still having the most cap room for 2016, but about 25th for 2017.

 

Are we really that low for 2107, or will unspent money roll over etc? Anyone know?
