So, what you're saying is... Trust the decision-makers to be intelligent enough, sensible enough, and have the skills enough to pick the RIGHT players with whichever picks they have... (no one said you're stuck with whatever picks you end up with based upon record, thus leaving open plenty enough the option to move around).
