I don't think Jon's departure of the Wall is an oath breaker though. He died. He was slain by his own brothers in a sense. So he technically fulfilled his obligation as a Crow. You could counter argue that the Oath was broken and repaired by Jon in regards to Thorne and Olly who murdered him last year. 

 

There could be something there about the Umber's and Rickon Stark. You have to remember a very important line that Sansa was fed in Winterfell while under Ramsay's posession. "The North remembers, Lady Sansa". I don't think that was thrown out there just for good will. I truly think that there is some moves being made behind the scene. 

 

AND. Here is another wildcard. Where is Littlefinger? At some point he's going to come back into the fold. He can't just sit back and allow Varys to have all the fun this season can he? Maybe Littlefinger has something else up his sleeve. I think he cared for Cat Stark and I think he cares for Sansa because of the resemblance. And even though he betrayed Ned years ago. In fairness, Ned had MULTIPLE chances to get out of King's Landing alive. And Joffrey's decision to behead him may not have been so easily seen. Maybe at the time Littlefinger and even Varys had too much faith in Cersei's ability to control and manipulate her son. 

 

So just keep that in mind. Maybe Rickon's direwolf still lives. But of course, despite all of this. You can't forget that it was Robb Stark who kind of divided the North a bit family wise. But, in a way. I think Robb's decision to kill a family leader who betrayed his word and trust would have fallen in line with what his father Ned would have done in that very same situation. 

 

The Bolton's cannot be trusted. The Red Wedding made that clear. The murder of his father in cold blood has made that clear. A Stark must remain in the North. They will rally behind Jon at some point. He's a Stark by half-blood with Lyana being his mother.
