Ramsey had it and turned into one of the best defensive players in college after. Jack could have it and never be able to cut the same or he could recover just fine. Or he could never need it. Microfracture isn't as scary as people try to make it, but it does come with a little "fear of the unknown" since recovery isn't as easy to predict as say an ACL
