I agree about Sansa. She was foolish to turn away Littlefinger. And then to hide that from Jon is even more foolish. This now sets the table for Littlefinger to tip the scale of the impending battle for Winterfell. I am interested now though to see how Bran and Meera get out of this mess with the Wights still after them. The preview was kind of odd but if you look closely I think you can speculate a bit. Meera tells Bran she's sorry and it seems Bran is still dealing with the visions and knowledge the Three Eyed Raven has gifted him. So he's pretty much out of it at the moment. I wonder if Meera is going to abandon him for her own safety or sake. BUT, I say that, and when you look at the preview and focus on her it seems like the Wights are running right past them and she's actually looking at them puzzled as to why that may be. There is still an off chance that maybe Benjen Stark makes an apperance finally? OR, my personal favorite, Cold Hands. It would be beyond cool to see Cold Hands rally to Bran and Meera with his "Crow" like attacks on the Wights to save him. Maybe they needed to honestly kill off yet another direwolf just to make way for a character that will need some CGI effects to him. In the books he helps guide them to the Three Eyed Crow. I could see the show writers maybe flipping this around a bit to help them escape with Hodor now being out of the picture sadly.

 

I also agree with the Mad King theory now after last night's episode. Bran may have triggered everything with his abilities. From Hodor's episode to Aerys' issues and the ultimate driving force behind Robert's Rebellion. They already hinted that he could somehow end up impacting young Ned here shortly in the episodes to come if he goes back to visit the Tower of Joy. That's not finished yet. They still have to reveal what's going on up there I think. Would be odd to have an epic battle scene and then not finish the primary cause of said epic battle scene. It's driving me up a wall though. The show and book series is nearing it's end. I believe they're looking at roughly thirteen episodes after season six is finished. So they are just pulling out all the stops now as far as how the story should end. Last night to me was by far the best overall episode they've ever had personally. They continue to top each episode. Jon's revival. Tower of Joy flashback. Daenery's once again showing she's unburnt. And now last night's reveal.

 

I am going to go on ahead and predict in the next episode or two. The King's Landing stand-off will be held in check for awhile. I think Cersei demands Trial by Combat in favor of The Undead Mountain. And I think The Hound makes his return. He'll have his long overdue vengeance upon his brother's doing towards him. I could see it ending in a double K.O though. The Clegane bowl will be just the teaser or sampler before the Snow bowl. So I say you have a draw there. After the chaos ensues the Lannisters and Tyrells will still force the fanatics and the High Sparrow out of King's Landing or they'll be slaughtered. I think Tommen gets killed in this chaos as well. He's too weak to rule. Cersei wants it for herself.

 

Euron Greyjoy won't make it to Daenerys Targaryen. That's my other prediction. I think Theon and his sister will ambush him and sink or flatout take his ship from him and kill him. They will then throw their own lot in with Daenerys themselves. We'll see. It's fun to speculate.
