If Gus can reach 9 wins, yes his job is safe!! Even if he squeak out 8 wins i think he good... The real question, is he a good enough coach to get the jags to that plateau? He havent shown us anything! People give this man every excuse in the world without judging whether or not he is truly a good coach...

I do believe the team will be better.. But i dont think it will be because of Gus... I hope he proves me wrong tho.
