Did he suffer from a decline in on field talent?

Couldn't agree more every coach at one point was a scrub u can pin point where in their career they turned it around based on talent n where their career took an inevitable down fall based on talent u can say oh well drafting was bad salary cap hell yada yada yada it all comes back to players not plays
