Alualu would be my top pick to try to trade.  He can play both DT and DE in their system probably.  Get rid of the last Gene Smith draft pick.   Michael Bennett seems expendable now with the drafting of Sheldon Day.  Same guy almost.  Chris Smith, who is an Arkansas alum, might intrigue Jerry Jones some.  

 

As far as trading for players that are second team, I hear ya, but Caldwell does not seem to be shy to pick up those type guys, depending on the situation that they are coming from.  Dallas fell into a Pro Bowl caliber player when they signed La'el Collins after his unwarranted draft fall.  They knew he wanted to play for them, and they took advantage of the situation.  Ronald Leary, only 27,  would still probably be starting if not for that fluke, and as I said, he is probably better than anybody on our roster to start at LG (30-year-old Bernadeau with very few starts?  Journeyman Linkenbach?  Short-timer Joeckel, who has not played OG?  New guy, Omameh who would not stick with the sorry Bears O-line?)
