I wouldn't exactly call it "censorship" though. After all, you can actually type in exactly what you are searching for and get good results. They aren't blocking you from doing so. If they were, then it would be "censorship". They are only "suggesting" that they know what you are searching for and try to save you from the precious second or two that it takes to type in your query.
