Come on, guys. Even his own party leaders have rebuked him for the remarks he made about that judge.
Look at it this way. If a judge cannot preside over the trial involving someone who has expressed political opinions he is likely to disagree with, then who can preside over any trial at all? Can a Republican preside over a trial involving a Democrat? |
