It's interesting when Trump criticizes the judge, he makes no mention of La Paza, the judge's support of Clinton, or his appointment by Obama. He just says he's Mexican, then follows with his patented variation on "Not that there's anything wrong with that", which is exactly the opposite of why he let's us all know he's Mexican.

Marshall wasn't hearing a case about a presidential candidate who will be going up against the person he's invested in. Not really a good comparison.


Trump's positions on the wall and dealing with Mexico was enough to create questions about conflict. I would venture to guess he's well aware of the judge's resume.


Are you really trying to say there's no conflict here, or that this judge isn't politicized? That release of info stunt he pulled and then retracted says otherwise. The resume just presents a motive for doing so.
