This lawsuit has been going on for years, though. Donald's attorneys have had ample time to follow standard court procedures to ask for a new judge, but they chose not to. The reason Donald is going after him now is that he is deliberately attempting to delay any judgment until after the election so that he can avoid the possibility of losing a lawsuit.


According to Donald, he never loses. Many have bought into this myth, and he fears the appearance of weakness will diminish his standing with the electorate.
