Take A Look At The Jorts On These Nole Fans!

Best part of that was this comment:

It is obvious the author did not read the released public records of the case. Furthermore, too many posters are going off of poorly written articles like this. If you want to understand this case the Florida Sunshine Laws make all available information on this case public. If you read the report it is VERY obvious that this young man was not only innocent, but that the accuser could even have charges filed against her. This young man IS guilty of poor judgment and depending on your views some moral flaws.

The young ladies lawyer (Never retain a family member for representation) contradicted herself and the alleged victim at least 4 times. The young lady in question changed her story on multiple occasions, did not want this case pursed and became uncooperative. The TPD did not pursue the case as the alleged victim's lawyer contacted TPD in February and told them that all communications should go through her and that she would let the TPD know if they wanted to pursue this. Is it possible a TPD report was falsified (highly illegal but had been done) tand made up Ms. Carrols comments....doubtful but maybe. However, what lawyer would wait 8 months to even bother to follow up with TPD if they expected the TPD to continue the case? This case was reopened off of a paid tip to TMZ and a tip to a local reporter in Tampa who covered her games in HS after this young man became the front runner for the Heisman.

There is so much more that could be said on this but the one thing I haven't seen in print that I find interesting. FSU had a potential starting WR charged with assault in the last year. The TPD and the SA filed charges and he was removed immediately by FSU from the football team. Why would the TPD protect a potential starter at WR but "cover up" who at the time was either the third or fourth string QB?

Last point, both lawyers and the SA handled this poorly and spoke to media and released too many leaks on this case. It should have NEVER been made public and all comments from all parties should have been reserved until the SA made a decision.
