I think Jaime is going to kill Cersei.  Think about it.  He had that long soliloquy about doing anything to be by her side.  Then, think of how he killed the Mad King when he went crazy with the wildfire.  Cersei is going to use the wildfire, burn the city and accidentally kill Toman at the religious dudes place. Jaime will kill her to stop it from getting worse thus fulfilling the prophesy she received about all her kids dying and her being killed by her younger sibling (who we all thought would be Tyrione.)
