Back to reality though, I wonder if maybe Orakpo would want a different culture / locker room of which he would like to be a part. Maybe if that is an option for him, he would concede a bit on his monetary demands and come to Jacksonville. Probably won't work out that way, but it's a nice thought.

 

Well jacksonville has a lot of money available. you have to keep in mind its tax free in florida too, so that helps. at only 27 years old. he would theoretically still be in his prime when the window for the rebuild is complete in a couple years. i think if you throw him into the wide 9 style defense that we run now, he would be a real force up front.
