Nobody should be given a starting job. I may not like Gus, but he at least has been consistent in fostering competition for every position. Handing Jack a job at mini camp runs counter to the overall message.

Now if it's week 8 and the defense is struggling and Gus is playing Skuta and keeping Jack on special teams, then we might have something to gripe about.
