And the teen pregnancy rates in states that have "abstinance only" and other backwards policies when it comes to birth control and birth control education (TEXAS, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, etc) the rates are higher. The "liberal" east coat and west coast states have the lowest rates of teenage pregancy. The red states in the south have high rates.
