Thought I'd resurrect this thread. We could use some more discussion here, especially during theach dead zone.
I've finally been back in the gym 5 days a week for a month strong now. Moving really through a wrench in the lifting/meal planning. I'm planning to start a cut here in a week (once family stops visiting) Now I absolutely despise cutting/cardio so I'm going to be doing a psmf/vlcd diet for a couple week. It sucks, but the results are much quicker than doing a standard 500 cal deficit cut
