The most sane thing I've found is moderate everything.  Moderate intake, moderate exercise (that does not have to be intense/crossfit/crazy train stuff - walking is fine.)
 


Yeah, I usually lift for 30-45 minutes weekday mornings before work. Then chasing my 11 month old around is enough cardio lol

 

I can maintain my weight pretty easily, and all my bloodwork is pretty much perfect. I just gained a few pounds around the midsection with moving and starting a new job. Want to just drop those 10 pounds as quick as possible and then go back to normal.
