In all seriousness, I religiously do a 5.2 mile walk every morning.  Been doing it since 1/1/2008.  It's an hour out of my day.  Then I just eat sensibly (for the most part).  And it keeps weight, BP, and vitals all in line.

 

And BigJag57....if the doctor prescribed meds, there's a reason.  Why go to the doctor in the first place if you're not going to follow directions?
