The official weightlifting/fitness/exercise thread

I love weight training and was seeing some good results. Then 2 surgeries in 14 months, the most recent a shoulder surgery, has me so off track it's sad. I just finished physical therapy and my physical therapist said I can start back within the limits of his instructions and build from there. I was power walking 4-5 days a week 5 miles a day in a really hilly neighborhood so my heart rate got up real well, but now it's so hot and humid I try to get to the gym and use the treadmill on a steep incline. Sadly the gym isn't right outside my door like my neighborhood is. I'm prone to heat exhaustion so I have to be careful in the summer. Thankfully summer here isn't 3/4 of the year like it is down there.
