I used to eat rice or pasta with almost every meal in the evening so dinner could easily be over 100 grams of carbs just by itself. Now I try to eat fewer than 100 grams in my entire day. I haven't been doing much exercise with it though, but once F1 qualifying ends later today I'm going out to buy a rowing machine. I'm hoping to get 15 to 30 minutes of exercise in each day. |
