Yes, there are quarterbacks worth trading up for. But what are you giving up?  A 4th or 5th is nothing.  But if you're talking about RGIII bounty, I don't know about that.  The only QB I can see a team falling in love with and giving up a ridiculous mount of picks in Manziel.  But as much as I like Manziel, even I'm not advocating anything like that.  But to be honest, I'd much rather Texans grab Bridgewater than Manziel.  I like both, but Bridgewater is more of a known quantity.  Just like how I think we can handle Andrew Luck in our division.  We can handle Bridgewater.  Manziel is just too much of a wildcard.  Like many believe (not me though), he very well may not translate well to the NFL.  But on the flipside, he could end up being as dominant a player as we've seen.  My personal belief is he's going to get better at all the things people criticize him for once he gets into the NFL, but yet still have his ridiculous instinctual game as well.  He could single-handedly make winning the division a complete nightmare.
