How come they didn't kill the guy since there was enough good guys with guns to kill this bad guy with a gun?


Blows a hole in that theory.


Because you can have a gun and still decide for yourself if you want to play "find the sniper" in an open city street. Not everyone who carries thinks they are a hero.


I know, nuanced discussion about guns with foreigners is a fool's errand.
